For the Water View Road project, K Design Group was responsible for the civil engineering design and reporting for a 30-lot subdivision. For this large lot subdivision in Auckland, K Design Group handled the civil design tasks, including on-site stormwater and wastewater disposal, flooding assessment, earthwork, and scheme planning. The project presented several challenges, including high-voltage lines, flooding issues, and contaminated soil. The team’s professionalism and meticulous communication ensured the resource consent was approved.

Union Street, Whangarei
In Whangarei, K Design Group completed the civil engineering design and reporting for a 4200m² warehouse development on a 2.06-hectare site. This site faced challenges such as being in a 100-year flood zone and a coastal induction zone. Despite these constraints, the project, which included a warehouse, office, store, and canopy, was successfully completed in 2023.
